Joyce Koons Automotive is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Manassas, VA. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of parts shipments and deliveries to support our operations.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming parts shipments.
  • Prepare and package parts for shipment to various locations or customers.
  • Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas.
  • Manage drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reporting.
  • Pull Monthly Returns
  • Operate Forklift

Requirements
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (50 lbs).
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory systems.
