Job description

PrideStaff, on behalf of our client, is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a fast-paced aircraft parts distribution company. This role is responsible for managing inbound/outbound inventory, order fulfillment, and stock organization.


Responsibilities


  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; accurately pick, pack, and label outgoing orders.
  • Process daily shipments using FedEx, UPS, and DHL modules.
  • Use Quantum Control software to track stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and conduct counts.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move and organize inventory.
  • Maintain safe, organized stock areas and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

Requirements


  •  Must have prior experience in aviation or aircraft parts distribution.
  • Must have hands-on proficiency with Quantum Control software.
  • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and solid time-management skills.
