Edgestone Staffing – Brockton, MA

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview

Edgestone Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for a growing manufacturing facility in Brockton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, inventory control, forklift operation, and preparing outbound shipments while ensuring inbound deliveries are processed accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and accurately store incoming shipments.
  • Prepare, pull, pack, and load outgoing customer orders.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers and transportation providers.
  • Track and update shipment statuses using shipping software.
  • Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Scan inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, drivers, and internal departments.
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Provide support to other warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience required.

  • Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
