This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer shipments are routed accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered using the appropriate carrier and service level.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment and be proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. This role is primarily clerical and involves shipment processing, transportation coordination, inventory transactions, and data management. However, employees must be willing to assist in warehouse operations when business needs require additional support or workload levels allow.

  • Process and route customer shipments using approved carriers and transportation methods.
  • Ensure shipments are assigned the correct service level and delivery priority.
