Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to support our operations. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly stored and available to support production and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Unload, label, and store materials in designated inventory locations
  • Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on schedule
  • Create and process shipping documentation (packing slips, labels, BOLs)
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and system updates
  • Track inventory movements and report discrepancies or shortages
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers and delivery services
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
  • Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas clean and organized
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed and some equipement testing.
