Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

North Edmond, OK $18.00 - $22.00 per Hour DOE Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in North Edmond. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and has experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and Odoo ERP software.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product accuracy
  • Process outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documentation
  • Enter and maintain inventory records within Odoo ERP software
  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
  • Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed
  • Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous shipping and receiving experience required
  • Experience using Odoo ERP software strongly preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
