Role: Material Frame Handler
Direct Leader: Daniel Dale
Location/Department: Materials Dept
Shift: 3rd Shift
Responsibilities:
Provide the necessary departmental support to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction as well as to comply with internal and external environmental, health and safety requirements
Required Skills
Minimum Skills Required:
• Must have 4 points or less
• No performance write ups within the past 12 months
• A valid driver's license
• Corrected vision to 20/20
• Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• Prior forklift experience in a plant environment is essential
• Must be able to pass written test related to forklifts used in the facility
• Must be able to pass driving assessment on forklifts used in the facility
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work with minimal instruction
• Must be capable of repetitive mounting and unmounting of forklift
• Prior shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Prior experience with unloading trailers is a plus
• Will report to Shipping and Receiving Dept Supervisor
