Job description

Summary: The following job description is for position "Parts Clerk" at EZ Loader Adjustable Boat Trailer Sales Corporation. The parts Clerk is responsible for assisting customers and other EZ Loader facilities with the everyday demands involving parts sales and customers. The Clerk will handle all necessary email, phone, and in person parts transactions that take place at this facility, as well as be the service contact point for trailer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive shipments by checking packing slips, counting items and reconciling variances.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the shipping/receiving area.
  • Shipping parts as per parts sales invoices.
  • Deal effectively with customers and pickup & delivery drivers for all shipments.
  • Accurately put stock orders away.
  • Work with a computer based inventory management system.
  • Maintains communications with other departments to ensure timeliness of all incoming and outgoing parts.
  • Handle all phone inquiries , walk in customers and facilitate parts sales and service.
  • Process parts returns and credits.
