Job description

Meta Power Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of projects related to Switchboard, Transformer, and Containerized Switchboard products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for projects involving Switchboard, Transformer, and Containerized Switchboard products.

Project Scheduling: Coordinate and create schedules(MS Project) with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement/Logistics, Shipping/Receiving, and QC for all SWB projects.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support during the design, development, and installation phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, implementing necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.

Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and reporting on financial performance to senior management.
