Job description

Bilingual Shipper
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Concord, NC

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse data entry, with a proven record of longevity at previous jobs. This full-time position is key to ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare packages and documentation for outbound shipments
  • Label, tag, and store received goods in proper locations
  • Keep warehouse area clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and suppliers
  • Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory audits

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in shipping
  • Demonstrated long-term employment history (stability and reliability highly valued)
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory/data entry systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
