What are the most common challenges faced in a Shipping Packing role and how can they be managed?

One of the most common challenges in Shipping Packing is ensuring that items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit, especially when handling fragile or irregularly shaped products. Many employers provide on-the-job training to help new team members learn efficient packing techniques and how to use packing materials correctly.
