Qnity Electronics is seeking a reliable and safety focused Warehouse Operator to support warehouse operations at our Marlborough MA facility. The warehouse Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials. Ensures inventory is secure, properly labeled, and readily accessible, conducts inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies, and verifies incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts and storage systems while following safety procedures. Supports daily warehouse activities with limited supervision and may provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Shift: The Site Logistics Technician is a Monday - Friday position. The shift is 8.5 hours (8 hours paid with 30 minutes unpaid lunch). The shift begins at 7am. Any hours worked over 40 are paid at time and a half. Occasionally working late and working a weekend shift is required for special shipping and receiving needs. Salary: $28.00hr - $46.00hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick/Pack/Load/Unload Chemical Materials
  • Perform Site Logistics tasks as specified in written procedures to support the shipping, receiving and transfers of materials produced and received at the Marlborough Site.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, participate in all required safety programs, training, and activities.
  • Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • Receive direction from area leads/supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
  • Interact with work process systems such as SAP to conduct shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Maintain stocking levels through inventory control and ordering of supplies

Skills and Requirements:
  • Forklift Experience
  • Experience in a factory environment
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Self-motivating and hard working.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:
  • Light to moderate physical effort required.
  • Lifting required occasionally of up to 50 pounds.
  • Bending, pushing and pulling required on a daily basis.
  • Ability to occasionally work at table level and/or overhead level as necessary.
  • Required to wear appropriate PPE.
  • Required to work in a RESTRICTED Electrical Classified Area for use of flammable and combustible materials.
  • The job requirements do include the need to bend and/or stoop during the work process.

Work Environment:
  • Work performed in a plant environment.
  • Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemical and other elements.
