Position Objective

The Associate Hardware Shipping Specialist supports warehouse operations by assisting in picking, packing, and shipping hardware orders. This role focuses on developing accuracy, speed, and familiarity with fulfillment processes while contributing to a smooth outbound workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders under guidance, ensuring correct SKUs and quantities.

  • Follow packing standards to minimize damage during transit.

  • Enter fulfillment data accurately into internal systems.

  • Assist in staging shipments and preparing boxes for carrier pickup.

  • Support inventory put-aways, bin organization, and cycle counts.

  • Report order or inventory discrepancies promptly to senior team members.

  • Follow all warehouse safety and handling procedures.

  • Participate in training on shipping systems and tools.

  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.

  • Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.

  • Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn fulfillment processes.

  • Basic understanding of shipping workflows and warehouse organization.

  • Familiarity with shipping tools (UPS WorldShip, ShipStation) a plus.

  • Ability to follow step-by-step processes and maintain accuracy.

  • Eagerness to learn NetSuite and related systems.

Previous Experience
  • 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.

  • Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.

Education / Professional Training
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.

  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Languages & Level of Proficiency
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Additional languages are preferred but not required.

Compensation:
  • Our base pay range is $16.00 - $19.50 for this role
