Job description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate large forklifts to transport heavy drill pipe and related materials across the facility.
  • Load and unload trucks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
  • Stage and supply materials to production lines to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Perform accurate, real-time inventory and material movement transactions using internal systems and databases.
  • Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance of material handling equipment.
  • Work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Available to work scheduled 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Education & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience operating large forklifts or heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Previous experience transporting tubular materials is preferred.
  • Experience with smaller forklifts is a plus.
  • Prior experience in material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work either day or night, 12-hour shifts as required by operations.
