Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Finished Goods & Serialization
Location: 995 Park Center Dr, Vista, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Occasional evenings or Saturdays)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our facility in Vista, CA, with a strong background in process-driven environments, material flows, and people management. This role is critical for overseeing finished goods operations in a GMP-compliant warehouse, with a focus on serialization, SAP, and warehouse efficiency practices such as 5S and space segregation. A pharmaceutical background is preferred but not required for candidates with robust experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP serialization operations, including master data, transactions, and issue resolution

  • Supervise employees handling ERP transactions, shipment documentation, and order processing

  • Oversee finished goods return/hold/withdrawal processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy

  • Manage sampling activities and Quality-related inventory adjustments

  • Handle inter-plant stock transport orders and batch allocation for released inventory

  • Maintain and improve SOPs, generate reports (KPIs, audits), and support regulatory readiness

  • Design and manage material flow, warehouse zones, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a GMP warehouse/distribution setting

  • Advanced SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, material flow, and regulatory compliance

  • Familiar with 5S, lean practices, and warehouse space planning

  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive process improvements

  • Effective communication and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience

Work Conditions:

  • Environment includes ambient, refrigerated (2–8°C), and frozen (-20°C) areas

  • Requires standing, walking across warehouse zones, and possible certification(s)
