What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management, productivity improvements, and process optimization
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, safety standards, and operating procedures
  • Develop, coach, and lead warehouse supervisors, leads, coordinators, and warehouse associates
  • Manage labor planning, staffing, scheduling, and workflow prioritization
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with transportation, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Support onboarding, performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes
  • Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends and improve overall performance
  • Ensure outbound and inbound freight operations meet customer expectations and delivery timelines
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and operational leadership experience
  • 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution leadership experience
  • Prior experience leading supervisors and large hourly teams preferred
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, SAP, or related operational systems
  • Proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Forklift/PIV experience or certification preferred
