This document applies to all Project Managers responsible for technical project execution, production coordination, vendor and field management, and installation oversight.

Summary of Position Focus

The Project Manager is responsible for the technical execution, operational coordination, and delivery of assigned projects. This includes managing drawings, production, vendor coordination, shipping, and site installations. The role demands hands‑on management of all production phases and field installation support, with 24/7 availability during active installations.

Responsibilities
  • Drawing mark‑ups and engineering needs
  • CAD drawing approvals for production
  • Gather vendor and subcontractor quotes
  • Communication to On‑Site Manager for install bids
  • Accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) created per project
  • Update project schedules and timelines
  • Daily production check‑ins
  • Confirm logistics with Shipping Manager
  • On‑site condition confirmation with General Contractor or client
  • Install communication with On‑Site Manager & Installers during installation process
  • Must be available to receive calls 24/7 during active field installation to support crews
