As we continue to grow, Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh is looking to add a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to our team! Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM.
As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain daily records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Stock parts on shelves.
  • Deliver auto parts when parts driver is off or not available.
  • Help in the parts department.

What are the requirements for this job?
  • Must be detailed oriented and excel in a fast paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer and math skills.

Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily with Parts Counter people, Parts Manager, and other departments within the dealership, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain daily records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Stock parts on shelves.
  • Must interact with repair shops in person and through phone calls.
  • Deliver auto parts when parts driver is off or not available.
  • Receive parts inventory; stock and maintain parts inventory.
  • Maintain and follow manufacturer's warranty parts procedures.
  • Help in the parts/shop areas.
  • Keep parts area maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What are the requirements for this job?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, secondary schooling preferred.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
