What You’ll Do

As a Shipping Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are carefully hand-packed and shipped to customers around the globe. You’ll help maintain our company’s high standards for quality and consistency, while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and guidelines.


This position is part of a small, dynamic team that thrives on organization, accuracy, and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in precision, and is ready to support other departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Pull components and assemble kits for order fulfillment.

· Prepare paperwork for shipments.

· Package shipments for domestic and international destinations.

· Complete hard counts of ELISA/Rapid materials as well as consolidate and dispose of those materials.

· Labeling and pouching kit components.


What We’re Looking ForRequired

· High School Diploma or equivalent education required.

· Proficient English language communication skills: speaking, writing, and reading & hearing comprehension.

· Ability to record material use and inventory levels using a computer program.

· Able to meet and manage deadlines and good inherent judgement for prioritizing and reprioritizing tasks.

· Ability to read, follow, and revise documented procedures in compliance with GMP guidelines and regulations.

· Great attention to detail.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office products.

· Ability to work well as part of a team.


Work environment information

· This position requires the ability to stand for 85% of the workday and the ability to kneel, bend, and reach overhead.

· The ability to lift 50lbs alone and heavier weights with assistance.
