Position Summary

As a Shipping Handler, you will be responsible for the supply replenishment, metering, and sorting of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions. You will be regular packing, bulk packing, and cold packing. You will be cross trained on other shipping functions as assigned within the facility. This role will also ensure accuracy and quality standards are met when performing all shipping functions and metering prior to automated packing, and sack changing process in the eurosort. Acts as a liaison across multiple business units for shipping best practices and problem solving. To be successful in this role you must be able to stand for the duration of your shift, reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 40 lbs. During your time at CVS as a Shipping Handler you may be required to work multiple job functions in a day. This will give you the chance to apply for future promotional opportunities and advance in your career. We're looking for applicants to be available for the shift listed below:

Required Qualifications

Ability to read and understand English

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up-to 40 pounds

Regular and predictable attendance

Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed

- Experience in Warehouse, Fulfillment Center and/or Inventory Environment - Experience working in a Mail Order Pharmacy

Basic familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, handheld scanners)

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $28.84

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
