Warehouse Associate Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Warehouse Associates who take pride in accuracy, have a strong work ethic, and understand the importance of showing up every day ready to contribute. If you have a proven attendance record and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Accurately receive, stock, pick, and ship products.
  • Use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Load and unload products from trailers, vans, flatbeds, and ocean containers.
  • Safely operate hand carts, dollies, and powered industrial equipment.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
  • Experience using RF scanners preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent work history demonstrating reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift and carry 46-85 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to push, pull, or move materials weighing up to 322 lbs. using approved lifting equipment or team lifts.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments with changing temperatures.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools.
