As ourShipping Department Coordinator, you'll run the shipping and receiving operation from the office: scheduling trucks,coordinating closely with carriers like UPS and FedEx, and keeping the whole operation organized and accountable.About the Role:The Shipping Department Coordinator supervises all shipping and receiving operations at a Confluent Holdingsoperating company. You'll schedule inbound and outbound trucks, select the most economical shipping methods thatstill hit the delivery date, manage carrier relationships – particularly with UPS and FedEx – resolve lost or damagedshipments, and keep shipping records current.This is primarily an office-based coordination role: the large majority of your time is spent planning, scheduling, andcommunicating rather than working the dock directly.
