They ensure containers are moved safely and efficiently, following strict safety protocols and communicating with ground crews. Operators often work at great heights and must have excellent coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex machinery. The role is essential in the global supply chain, helping ensure goods are transported smoothly between different modes of transportation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven overhead crane experience — remote control operation strongly preferred
  • Experience loading trucks and staging materials in a manufacturing or shipping environment
  • Ability to read and follow shipping documents, work orders, and load requirements accurately
  • Strong attention to detail — the right material, in the right place, on the right truck
  • Safety-focused and committed to following procedures on every lift
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive — you don't wait to be told what needs to be done
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and support the crew when needed
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work in an active manufacturing environment
