The Shipping-Receiving Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing all shipping and receiving activities, coordinating logistics, and managing a team to maintain smooth operations. The lead ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies while optimizing workflow to meet production schedules. They act as a liaison between warehouse staff, production teams, and external carriers to facilitate timely deliveries and shipments. Ultimately, this role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing delays, and supporting overall supply chain effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
