Job description:

Innovative-IDM is looking for a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Tulsa, OK location. Successful candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, a goal setter, and hard worker.


Job Duties:

  • Maintain a loading dock in good order, including all necessary labels, equipment, materials and supplies
  • Perform various tasks in our ERP software
  • Package outgoing shipments and parcels
  • Select appropriate carriers/truckers to fill needs, both domestic and international and complete necessary shipping documentation
  • Track shipments as needed
  • Lift and move heavy items/packages as required
  • Use a computer as needed for email, internet information and use Microsoft Office documents to create entries and maintain an electronic log of incoming and outgoing packages
  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock
  • Maintain in-house vendor inventory
  • Bring ideas for company improvements to the attention of management
  • Performs other duties as requested
Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience is preferred.
  • Must have experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Must be computer literate and able to learn new software apps.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes and parts up to 50 lbs.


Education, License & Certifications:

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
