Job Description Job Title: Delivery / Warehouse Associate Location: Broken Arrow, OK, 74012 Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00a-4:30p Step into a hands-on role where your reliability and attention to detail directly keep customers supplied and operations running smoothly. This is a stable, Monday-Friday position with consistent hours, working for a manufacturing company that values safety, teamwork, and quality in every shipment that leaves the facility. About the Role: The Delivery and Warehouse Associate supports the full flow of materials through the facility, from incoming shipments and inventory storage to outbound deliveries.

You will split your time between driving local routes, handling warehouse tasks, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities. Your work ensures orders are delivered accurately, inventory stays organized, and the shipping area operates efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Make local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle to and from customers, suppliers, and vendors Deliver parts, materials, and paperwork to customer sites and supplier locations Pick up materials and products from suppliers and outside processing vendors as scheduled Perform local errands such as supply pickups and post office runs to support office and manufacturing operations Assist with receiving and unloading incoming deliveries and freight shipments Support preparation of UPS and FedEx shipments, including documentation and drop-offs Package and prepare outgoing customer shipments to prevent damage, FOD, or contamination Organize, label, and stock materials in the warehouse and assist with inventory counts and material movement Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (with training provided if needed) to safely handle materials Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant shipping and warehouse area, reporting any discrepancies or damage promptly Key Requirements: Proven experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or delivery role Strong knowledge of basic shipping and receiving procedures Ability to accurately read and verify part numbers, labels, and quantities Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, move boxes/containers, and stand for extended periods Solid material handling skills, including safe loading, unloading, and securing of items Basic computer and math skills for documentation and inventory-related tasks Clear, professional communication skills with production, QA, and office staff Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Desirable Skills: Prior experience using UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping platforms Previous work in a manufacturing or AS9100/quality-focused environment Forklift and pallet jack operating experience Familiarity with basic inventory systems or warehouse management processes Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license (required) Forklift certification (preferred; training may be provided) * Any additional safety or material handling certifications (preferred) If you're a dependable, safety-conscious team player who enjoys both driving and warehouse work, apply now to be part of a key operations team in a growing manufacturing environment.
