HIRING!!!! $20-25/HR - Shipping and Receiving / Inventory Clerk

Job Description

This role focuses on shipping and receiving activities, accurate counting of parts, and organizing inventory within a warehouse environment. You will support daily operations by moving and organizing parts, assisting with racking setup and breakdown, and ensuring inventory is tracked and kitted correctly using an ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and verify quantities against documentation.
  • Perform accurate counting of parts and materials to maintain precise inventory records.
  • Move, organize, and stage parts within the warehouse to support efficient workflow.
  • Assist in breaking down and setting up racking to optimize storage and space utilization.
  • Pick and kit parts according to work orders or customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including packing, packaging, labeling, and staging for pickup.
  • Track inventory levels and participate in inventory control activities to reduce discrepancies.
  • Use an ERP system and data entry to record inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.
  • Support general labor tasks in the warehouse as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
