About the Role

We're looking for a dependable Material Handler Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team in Cottage Grove. In this role, you'll help keep products moving by receiving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, stocking materials, and preparing shipments for delivery. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and taking pride in accurate work, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse

Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Operate RF scanners and shipping systems to complete daily warehouse tasks

Load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment

Assist with inventory organization and maintain accurate stock placement

Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 6S standards

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Work closely with teammates to support daily warehouse operations

Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required

Experience operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment is a plus

Comfortable learning RF scanners, shipping software, and warehouse systems

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb ladders regularly

 An IDEAL candidate would also have "inventory" experience... not just cycle counting, but also handling returns, experience in inventory software, and inventory reporting
