Job description

Shipping & Warehouse Associate
 

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Shipping and Receiving — Processing outbound freight and verifying paperwork
  • Basic Computer Skills — Email, data entry, and Excel updates

What You'll Do

  • Pack and prep cold chain shipping materials including gel packs and insulated containers
  • Receive incoming shipments and prep them for export
  • Verify shipping paperwork and make sure everything is correct before it goes out
  • Operate a pallet jack to move freight around the warehouse
  • Work in and out of refrigerated coolers and freezers
  • Monitor emails and respond to shipment updates and follow-ups
  • Update daily reports in Excel and internal systems

What We Need From You

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working in both a warehouse and an office setting
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow specific handling instructions
