Job Title: Shipper/Receiver

Location: Rockhill,SCย | On-site

Job Type: Full-time

The Position:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Shipper and Receiver will work indirectly all departments. The incumbent will work with Shipping and Receiving to ensure that materials and equipment flow through the system while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

Technical:

  • Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, Database software, Inventory control software
  • Using Pallet lifters, Lift trucks and fork-lifts, Hoists or winches, Powered cranes, Dollies and hand trucks, Loaders when needed
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Manual inventory control, Computerized inventory control
  • Schedule distribution of goods
  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Pack goods to be shipped
  • Unpack goods received

Project Execution:

  • Must be self-motivated and lead by example with a positive attitude and outlook
  • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
  • Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy
  • Maintain a good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and procedures
  • Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business

Travel:

  • Expectation of travel to Eclipse locations is less than 10% of time, however may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances to meet organizational needs, travel in-between buildings is frequent.

  • Completion of OSSD or equivalent

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role preferably in an automation environment.
  • Fork Lift operator experience
  • Valid Driverโ€™s license
