Job description

Position: Warehouse Associate 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Location: Rock Hill, SC 
Schedule: 8 to 5 Monday to Friday 
Pay: $20+ per hour (based on experience) 

About the Role 

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.  

Responsibilities 

  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.  
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.  
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.  
  • Organize inventory and replenish stock as needed.  
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.  
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts / Telehandlers).  
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.  
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.  

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.  
  • Basic computer or inventory system experience is a plus.
