ABOUT THE POSITION
The Shipping Associate is a key player in maintaining inventory accuracy and shipping products. Marketlab believes in manufacturing only the highest quality of products. Your work will ensure we live up to our customers' expectations. This role will be responsible to pick, pack and ship orders out accurately, timely & efficiently to customers. Marketlab will invest in your growth by developing your knowledge of the distribution process and then tools necessary to perform well.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Independently pick, pack, and ship orders in an efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Operate appropriate equipment (We will train!!) to fulfill customer orders
    • Prepare required shipping paperwork per carrier requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • One or more years of prior distribution center experience or related experience and training is preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to work with all team members.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to tolerate temperatures in the workspace that fluctuate throughout the year
