Harris & Bruno International (H&B), an innovative printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full time Shipping & Receiving Associate.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate movement of materials in and out of the facility, maintaining organized inventory records, and supporting fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in shipping and inventory control and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both small-package and freight shipments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments as needed
  • Fill out and complete all necessary paperwork needed for shipments
  • Identify HS and commodity codes for international paperwork
  • Pick, package, and prepare parts for shipment
  • Fill shortages and support order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing items
  • Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
  • Receive goods and properly store items in designated locations
  • Perform cycle counts as required
  • Process all transactions using the company ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels within the ERP system
  • Participate in daily Gemba meetings and seek continuous improvement
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in shipping
  • Ability to learn and follow warehouse procedures and documentation requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to become forklift certified (training provided in-house)
  • Comfort working in ERP systems, excel and google docs
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with small package carriers and freight shipments (domestic & international)
  • Previous warehouse or distribution environment experience
  • Forklift operating experience (certification a plus)

Physical Requirements
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Stand 80-100% of the workday
  • Frequently walk, climb, bend, and squat
