???? Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Yard & Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) to join our team. This position combines warehouse operations, forklift operation, inventory management, material handling, and customer service to support efficient yard and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with warehouse experience, knowledge of building materials, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

???? Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using a forklift and pallet jack
• Receive, stock, organize, and store inventory accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service in the yard and warehouse
• Assist customers with material retrieval and product loading
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization
• Operate basic computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing
• Ensure yard operations run efficiently, safely, and professionally
• Follow all warehouse, forklift, and workplace safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

✅ Key Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
