Receiving Associate

Safe-Way Garage Door is looking for a dependable, hardworking Receiving Associate to join our team!

If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment, keeping things organized, and being part of a fast-moving manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our Receiving Associates play an important role in making sure incoming materials are received accurately and products get where they need to go.

This is a full-time, hands-on position where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork matter every day.

What You'll Do

As a Receiving Associate, you'll help keep materials and products moving throughout our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Unload materials and products from incoming vendor trucks

  • Organize and move products to designated storage and production areas

  • Operate forklifts, carts, pallets, and other material-handling equipment

  • Transport raw materials to production workstations

  • Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or quality concerns

  • Pick and stage orders according to shipping manifests and routes

  • Assist with inventory cycle counts

  • Distribute incoming parts and materials throughout the facility

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Empty facility hoppers as needed

  • Move tractor trailers as required

  • Support other receiving, warehouse, and production needs as assigned
