Description:Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate

Milford, NH | Full-Time

Chappell Tractor is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Parts Department at our Milford, NH location.

As our Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping parts moving efficiently throughout our dealership. This is a hands-on position that requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
  • Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies
  • Stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations
  • Pick, package, and ship customer and dealership orders
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist the parts counter staff with locating and delivering parts as needed
  • Help with inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations
