Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate (1st Shift, No weekends!)

Job Description

Join a collaborative shipping and receiving team where you will handle incoming parts, process receipts, and ensure accurate storage of materials. This role combines hands-on physical work with basic computer tasks to keep inventory flowing smoothly and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Check in incoming parts accurately and verify shipments against documentation.
  • Process receipts in the system and ensure all inventory transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Store parts in designated locations in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Handle, lift, and carry parts weighing up to 75 lbs, using a forklift for heavier or bulk items as needed.
  • Perform general shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing items for shipment and packaging materials securely.
  • Use basic computer applications to complete data entry, navigate email, and communicate through collaboration tools such as Teams.
  • Assist with inventory-related tasks, including organizing stock and helping maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support different tasks or areas as needs arise within the shipping and receiving function.
  • Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.

Pay and Benefits
