Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is hiring a Parts Shipping & Receiving Specialist - an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the automotive industry and build a long-term career.


This role is the foundation of our parts and service operation, ensuring technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently and keep customers on the road. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and want to grow into roles like Parts Specialist, Service Advisor, or dealership operations, this is where that path starts.


The Role

You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and internal parts coordination, including:

Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive and verify daily parts shipmentsย 
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and damageย 
  • Stock inventory in organized warehouse locationsย 
  • Process returns, cores, and warranty partsย 
Inventory & Operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and organized shelvingย 
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory trackingย 
  • Ensure parts are ready and available for techniciansย 
Internal Logistics & Delivery
  • Transfer parts between multiple workshops to keep repairs movingย 
  • Coordinate urgent parts movement to avoid delaysย 
  • Occasionally deliver parts to local wholesale customersย
