Shipper Loaders are workers responsible for loading and unloading goods onto trucks, containers, or other transportation vehicles in warehouses, distribution centers, or shipping facilities. They ensure that products are handled safely and efficiently, following proper procedures to prevent damage. Shipper Loaders may also verify shipment information, use equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, and help organize products for delivery. Their role is vital for maintaining the smooth flow of goods in the supply chain.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a shipper loader?

To thrive as a Shipper Loader, you need strong attention to detail, basic math skills, physical stamina, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
