Job description

Our Foundation

All World is your one-stop shop solutions provider for aftermarket machine tool spare parts, services, repairs, and custom-engineered applications. Our mission is to empower today's manufacturing customer with solutions that fit their personalized needs and budget. Our growth-oriented company operates on six primary values to create maximum results in the workplace: support, transparency, respect, innovation, dependability, and efficiency.

Role Summary

As an Assembly Technician - Workholding, you will complete the final build and verification of Arrow Workholding fixtures so each unit ships ready to perform. This position exists to ensure fit, function, and documentation accuracy at the last stage of production.
Key responsibilities:
- Assemble fixtures after inspection sign-off; support dimensional and functional checks as needed
- Bend tubing for hydraulic/pneumatic components and complete precise fit-up to prints
- Use a knee mill, surface grinder, and lathe to adjust, rework, and bring parts to tolerance
- Redline drawings to communicate corrections and model updates to Engineering
- Conduct functional testing (cycle tests, clamping force, leak checks where applicable)
Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–4 years in precision assembly, fixture build, or machining preferred
- Ability to read/interpret drawings and schematics; strong communication and problem-solving
- Forklift certification preferred
Apply today if you take pride in accurate assembly and quality-focused workmanship.

A Typical Shift

Your day is hands-on and organized: you review the traveler and prints, confirm the fixture is cleared to proceed, and set up your workspace. You rotate between bench assembly and light manual machining to dial in alignment and smooth operation, then document any drawing discrepancies with clear redlines for Engineering. As builds progress, you move into verification—running cycle checks, confirming clamp action, and completing leak checks when applicable—before preparing the finished fixture for shipment. Throughout the shift, you coordinate with Inspection and your supervisor to keep work moving efficiently and accurately.

Benefits Package

We offer a practical benefits package designed to support you on and off the job: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options; Paid Time Off; and a competitive hourly pay range of $17.00–$22.00.
