Description
SAIC is currently hiring a System Administrator to support Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) Fort Gordon, GA.
This role supports a 24/7 Service environment and the SA will support a rotating-shift work schedule.
Job Description:
  • Serve as part of a support team and will be available to respond to the issues defined by GISA; candidates will provide support for SAN integration, configuration and Level I/II sustainment of GISA CI, as well as System Administration for Windows and Linux systems and other application expertise on emerging systems
  • Provide support to the underlying system architecture management applications like VMWare Virtual Center, and other "platform" tools supporting configuration, monitoring, and documentation
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of the Virtual Environment VM 8.03 for four (4) networks, and will maintain VDI functionality
  • Assist in TTC and TGS integration and maintenance for Operational Ground Station (OGS) workstations
  • Maintain AD for SIPR, JWICS, and NSA; provide service/maintenance for user accounts

Qualifications
Required Education:
  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

Required Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI-Polygraph (ship required)

Required Certifications:
  • DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certified Security+
  • Computing Environment Certification Required: This can be ANY certification with any specific computing environment [eg.. Linux+, Server+, Red Hat, Microsoft Windows Server etc.]
