Job description

Now Hiring: Commercial/Multifamily Shingle & Siding Sales / Project Manager
Are you driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of high-value commercial and multi-family exterior projects? We're looking for a Sales Professional / Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout-delivering top-quality roofing and siding solutions on remodels and new construction.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developers
  • Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to accurately define work requirements
  • Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs and prepare accurate bids and proposals
  • Lead the sales process from bid to contract execution
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
  • Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Oversee jobsite execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
  • Conduct project walkthroughs and ensure successful project closeout

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in commercial shingle roofing, siding, or exterior construction (multi-family experience a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of material takeoffs, estimating, and job costing
  • Proven sales ability within a construction or project-based environment
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
