Job Description

Responsibilities:

Leading shifts with purpose

Leading day to day tasks

Leading productivity (controlling labor and food costs)

Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists

Being an integral part of Department meetings

Building relationships of trust and accountability with Team Members

Maintaining a fun work environment

Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team
