About Iron Shield Security Services

Iron Shield Security Services is a fast-growing, multi-sector security provider delivering armed and unarmed security personnel, manned guarding, patrol services, event security, and specialized protection solutions across commercial, industrial, critical infrastructure, and high-security environments.

We are expanding nationwide and seeking experienced Recruiters who can identify, attract, and place qualified security professionals into client assignments quickly and efficiently.

This is a 100% commission-only recruiting role.

This position is for recruiters who are comfortable sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, screening applicants, and successfully placing security personnel into client assignments.

This role is NOT HR administration, recruiting coordination, customer service, operations support, or talent acquisition support.

If you have not successfully sourced, screened, and placed candidates, this position is likely not the right fit.


What You'll Do

  • Recruit armed and unarmed security personnel for client assignments
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluations
  • Verify qualifications, certifications, licenses, and experience
  • Coordinate candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Partner with leadership to fill positions quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity

Compensation

Commission Only (Uncapped)

Recruiters earn commissions based on successful placements and client revenue generated from those placements.

Estimated annual earnings:

  • $50,000 – $200,000+
  • Top performers may exceed $250,000+

Potential future equity opportunities may be available for exceptional contributors; however, equity is not guaranteed and remains solely at the company's discretion.
