Warehouse Worker 

Location: Los Angeles, 90033 
Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly | 3:30PM-12AM (Sunday-Thursday) 

Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour 
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Your Role at a Glance 

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll use material handling equipment and warehouse management systems to: 

  • Order pulling and picking, for outbound shipments  
  • Order and product staging 
  • Receive and put away inventory  
  • Replenish pick locations  
  • Support clean, safe, and organized warehouse operations 

What You'll Do 

Loading & Shipping 

  • Load pallets in correct temp zones & spec order 
  • Hand-stack, restack, and secure trailers as needed 
  • Pre-cool trailers and set cooling units 
  • Use dock restraints and follow all SOPs 

Equipment Operation & Safety 

  • Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF units 
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment 
  • Follow lifting techniques and safety protocols 

Housekeeping & Standards 

  • Keep your area clean and clutter-free 
  • Minimize product damage and reduce waste 

Performance & Flexibility 

  • Meet daily production & accuracy goals 
  • Be ready to assist across departments 
  • Occasionally support inventory counts

  • Previous warehouse and MHE experience a plus

Physical Demands & Safety 

  • Frequently lift, carry, and stack products
  • Perform repetitive movements: bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, grasping.
  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods on concrete or cold storage floors.
  • Build pallets up to 6 feet high with cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, reach trucks).
  • Work in fast-paced environments requiring dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Tolerate cold temps (below in some areas) and varying noise levels.
  • Work safely in tight spaces and around racking; occasional climbing/stooping.
  • Maintain endurance for continuous, physically demanding tasks.
  • Use headsets and PPE (steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
  • Work around common food allergens (e.g., fish, shellfish, peanuts).
