• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using structured interviews and psychological testing as needed, ensuring comprehensive understanding of client needs and histories.
• Develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively addressing the unique challenges presented by each client.
• Engage clients in therapy sessions that may involve individual, couples, or family therapy to facilitate discussions around areas impacting mental health.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing that patient information is protected while allowing for effective care continuity.
• Collaborate with defenders in multidisciplinary case management meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on your clinical expertise.
• Join ongoing training and peer review sessions to enhance skills, stay current with industry developments, and foster personal growth.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, aiding them in understanding and managing their mental health journeys.

You will work with clients representing a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and relationship dynamics. Your role will not only help individuals navigate these struggles but also empower them to set and achieve their personal wellness goals.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or related clinical settings.
• Ability to apply a variety of therapeutic modalities and possess excellent skills in building therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar setting, providing insight into the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms to facilitate client engagement and therapy delivery.
• A proven track record of implementing solution-focused therapy techniques with measurable outcomes.
