Position: Web Applications Support Admin
Duration: 6 Months (CTH)
Location: Houston, TX
W2 POSITION
Job description:
  • Deploying App/Web servers in a large enterprise and upgrading.
  • Installation and Configuration of Web/App servers and configuring enterprise apps from scratch.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apache Tomcat, IIS, WebSphere / IHS and a passion for debugging complex problems.
  • Good understanding of Security standards (TLS, Ciphers, certs) as you need to resolve related problems.
  • Good working knowledge of JMS, J2C, JDBC, JCA, Web Services and integration with upstream/downstream services.
  • Write scripts as required using - PERL, Shell, PowerShell and exposure to at least one of the following operating systems - Linux; Solaris; AIX.
