Shell Project Managers & Superintendents

Shell Project Managers & Superintendents are responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and project management activities for concrete shell construction projects. These full-time roles are based in Pompano Beach, FL, with on-site project oversight responsibilities for planning, documentation, and coordination. Daily tasks include scheduling and supervising field crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress against project timelines, coordinating inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budget requirements. The role also involves working closely with logistics and expediting teams to manage material deliveries, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders. Shell Project Managers & Superintendents are expected to produce accurate reports, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement in construction processes and customer satisfaction.
