System Support Analyst 4 (SSA) As part of the Integrated Technology Operations, Distributed Technology Operations (DTO) team, the System Support Analyst 4 (SSA) primary role will be to provide technical expertise to highly complex issues and initiatives related the support and maintenance of the Corporate Distributed Computing Platforms (OS and Hardware) both Virtual and Physical including the following core focus areas; Windows Servers, UNIX based Servers (AIX, Solaris, Client-UX), Linux based Servers (Red Hat and SuSE), Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS). Candidate will also be expected to provide leadership to technical system support initiatives. The SSA4 will be the escalation point for the DTO team, the Subject Matter Expert for escalated issues and a mentor to COA2 and COA3 team members. Working as part of the Distributed Technology Operations team, candidate will assume responsibility for alert and incident management service, change event support and execution service, break fix service including problem diagnosis, troubleshooting repair and resolution of issues impacting systems and impaired user functionality. This position can be located in Charlotte NC or Tempe AZ however Charlotte is preferred. This Operations team provides 24 x7 services and the candidate will be required to work a second shift position scheduled Wednesday - Sunday (two 12 hour shifts as well as two 8 hour shifts)
Basic Qualifications:
    5+ years system support analysis working in a large, complex IT infrastructure(s).
    Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of current working experience with enterprise level operating systems such as UNIX (Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Solaris) and Windows Server. For this opportunity, we would prefer to find a candidate with both UNIX and Windows experience with a stronger skill set in UNIX.
    5+ years of current working experience with Dell, Client, and IBM servers and the various hardware components.
    5+ years of current working experience supporting virtualized environments (VMWare/Solaris Zones). Strong analytical skills
    Excellent communication skills using both verbal and written skills across all levels of management.
Preferred Skills
    Experience with Remedy or other problem management tracking system Knowledge of shell scripting (Ksh, bash, or sh)
    Knowledge of apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss and other middleware related applications. Knowledge of Distributed Storage Solutions, SAN and NAS Knowledge of Private Cloud technologies (Puppet, Openstack)
