ROLE SUMMARY:

We are growing! We are looking for aShelf Set Coordinatorwith a passion for the Beer Industry. This position will work in a team environment with a focus on developing insights, seeingopportunitiesand communicating recommendations to lead future industry growth to our internal partners and external retail customers. Searching for an individual who takes ownership of their work and always pushes themselves and others to reach higher and achieve more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strongrelationshipswith retailers asatrusted Categoryadvisoracross all areas of the Beer business

  • Perform shelf resets in key retail accounts

  • Develop impactful category analyses and consumer insights using a range of syndicated and non-syndicated data sources

  • Use space planning software to effectively merchandise the beer department according to category and retailer strategy

  • Effectively educate and coach internal teammates and external customers on growth opportunities through clear and impactful communications

  • Partner with Sales teams to help troubleshoot issues in the market, whether related to shelf setor ad hoc problems that arise in the market

  • Coordinate, implement and supervise the Independent C-Store Space Programs, including all applicationsofprogram development, implementation, communication, and analysis

  • Own the planogram drawing and validation process for all Chain and Independent resets

  • Maintain a call frequency and conduct follow-up calls on executed accounts to ensure schematic picture ismaintained

  • Provide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record

  • 1+ years of selling or merchandising experience (preferred)

  • Proficiencyusing Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data and Microsoft PowerPoint to organize and visualize the story line for presentations

  • Ability to understand information, develop insights andidentifyopportunities when analyzing large data sets

  • Ability to confidently present insights, opportunities, and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders in a persuasive manner

  • Technical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong passion for the Beer industry

  • Category Management or Sales experience in consumer-packaged goods industry

  • Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures (Circana, Nielsen, etc.)

  • Strong familiarity with shopper panel information data,softwareand measures (Circana, Nielsen,InfoScout, Retailer Loyalty data, etc.)

  • Experience with dashboarding software such asPower BI, Qlik, Tableau, VIP Merch, or Spotfire

  • Shelf management andplanogramscreation experience (JDA, Apollo, etc.)

  • Positive Attitude

  • Self-starter who will take ownership of work and drive results

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Team-Oriented
